On April 25, 2017, the MBLLC joined the Massachusetts Caucus of Women Legislators Justice Involved Women Task Force, the House Progressive Caucus, and the Harm Reduction and Drug Law Reform Caucus, for a united call for comprehensive criminal justice reform at the State House. On April 11, 2017, Town Councilors Kenrick Clifton, Paul Fernandes, and fellow Randolph Town Council colleagues warmly welcomed the MBLLC for our Communities of Color Budget Listening Tour stop in Randolph. Local Town Manager David Murphy, State Senator Walter Timilty, State Representative Bill Driscoll, and Brockton City Councilor Shaynah Barnes also joined us for this event.
