MBLLC HOSTS A BRIEFING ON LATINA EQUAL PAY WITH THE WOMEN'S CAUCUS

On October 8, 2015, the MBLLC partnered with the Caucus of Women Legislators to host a discussion on Equal Pay for Latina Women. Guest speakers included Yvette Villa-Barry, Co-Chair of the North Shore Area American Association of University Women; Migdalia Diaz, Boston Chapter COO of the Association of Latino Professionals For America; and Ann Bookman, Director, Center for Women in Politics and Public Policy, McCormack Graduate School at the University of Massachusetts Boston. MBLLC Chair, Rep. Russell Holmes moderated the event while MBLLC member, Representative Frank Moran, and Women's Caucus member, Representative Lori Ehrilich, provided remarks.
